1. I'm not sure if my device is on the list - how do I check?
To confirm whether or not your device is on the list, use the search function in your browser (Ctrl + F or Command + F) on this page to search for it. Try checking both your phone's model name and number.
2. My device isn't on the list - should I call to confirm?
Our support team uses this list to check the eligibility of devices for BYOD, so they have the same information that you have here. If your device isn't on this list, that means it's not yet supported for BYOD at this time. If your device is more than a couple years old and it's not on this list, chances are, it's been restricted from being added to the list. If your device is under a year old, then chances are it will eventually be added to the list. We will announce when a device has been added to our BYOD program on our blog.
3. How come Ting doesn't have the latest phone models available for BYOD?
Newer phone models are often held back for a while, so in some cases, we can sell a phone that we aren't able to make available for BYOD.
4. What about newer iPhone models?
We are working to add newer iPhone models to the Whitelist and as soon as they are eligible we will make that known.
