how long does it take to get referral credit

just wondering how long it takes for me and my friend to see the referral credit on our account.I sent him a referral link to his email and we clicked it and went threw the activation process and got his phone activated but we haven't seen any credit applied yet.thank you.

Hi David,

Your friend should have seen it applied right away if he bought a new phone, or under Billing if he bought a refurb or used a phone from Sprint®*. You would see yours applied on your next billing cycle.

If your friend did not see the credit applied, then the link was not used properly; if this is the case, please give us a call at 1-855-846-4389 or send an email to help@ting.com and we'll look up his account to get everything straightened out!

yeah it does not show up in his account.when he clicked on my referral link it took him to the sign up page and we went from there for activation.we did have problems adding his credit card which took us calling in to get it added.

My friend remembered after signing up to ask for the referral credit. The credit did appear in my account, but not as a referral. Instead it's on my Bills page with the text "Our Customer Service team issued you a credit. Whatever it was we did to make that necessary, we're sorry".
