Why doesn’t my data work after activation on GSM?

If you have activated a GSM device with Ting but you are unable to access data, please confirm that your APN settings are entered correctly as this is the most common reason for not being able to access data after activating a GSM device.  APN Settings for your device(s) can be found here:

Android

iOS

Windows

Blackberry 10

Feature/Basic Phone

If the APN settings are entered correctly and you are still unable to access data on your device, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
