Managing your account in the New Ting Platform

Your Ting account is where you can access all your account details, including internet service, rentals, and payment information. 

An account is created when you place your order. If you have yet to place an order and create an account, we can help with that.

You can sign into your Ting account by visiting https://beta.ting.com and selecting Sign in at the top right of the homepage.

Accessing your account

Once you are signed into your account, you will notice My account replaces the Sign in option. 

  1. Access your account by selecting My account at the top right of the home page. 
    • Select My account again from the drop-down menu.

  2. From here, you can see an overview of your service or the details of your order if you are awaiting activation.

Updating payment methods

When you place your order for Ting Internet, you'll need to input your credit card information to start the process. You can change your credit card info at any point from your account page.

  1. At the top right of your account page, select Manage payment.

    • This will pull up a page detailing your payment options, with the card you input during your order as the default.

  2. Select Add payment method.

  3. Fill in the pop-up window with your new payment method information.

    • Select Add
  4. You can now see your new credit card in the "Payment details" page.
    • Select Set as default for the card you would like to use for future billing.
