The ACP provides qualifying households with the highest internet speed available in your market and a free router rental -- all for $0/month based on eligibility criteria.
We're here to help you figure out if you can get it and how to apply it to your account.
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is designed to assist households with an income at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines. You can also qualify if your household participates in certain federal assistance programs like Medicaid or is receiving WIC benefits. The aim of the program is to make broadband affordable for the many Americans who rely on it for work, school, health care, and more.
Additional Discounts
Enrolling in ACP allows you to obtain the highest internet speed available in your market and a free router rental -- all for $0/month based on eligibility criteria.
All eligible ACP customers also get a one-time $100 device credit. More information can about the one-time device credit can be found in the Affordable Connectivity Program FAQ.
Note: The ACP replaced the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program (EBB) on December 31, 2021.
New customers only: Sign up for Ting Internet.
You must have an active Ting Internet service to receive the ACP discount through Ting Internet. Once our team receives your order and confirms your address is serviceable, we’ll reach out to schedule your installation.
If you submit your ACP information to us prior to your service activation, we will mark your application status as "on hold" until after the installation is complete.
How do I apply for ACP?
