    I have called 3 times and was not called back or offered any assistance from a human being. Customer service needs some work especially if you're going to claim to be "open."

    Ive been helped out more then expected. I activated my daughter's iPhone 5c, i bought online, that no one else would, and not only that but credited me 100$. Only issue i have is that my other phone im trying to activate is giving me hell, but only cause my previous carrier is being the problem. Reason y i want 2 port out from them

    Ting is the best!

    I hated cell phones before switching to Ting. They are the only carrier I've been able to stick with for more than a month and the only reason I still have a smartphone. <3 you guys and gals!

    Another 25 minutes on hold, and no response to a written request that is more than 24 hours old. This should not be this hard.

    I have been waiting for several days for a response to my question regarding why I was sent and billed for a GSM SIM for my Sprint (CDMA) iPhone4s that requires none. Have posted on Facebook, Twitter, and submitted a request.Loosing any confidence I had in Ting. I will be Tweeting to Elliot & Ross today to see if they can get me a response.

    Just to add some positivity here. Got helped on chat, waited only 4 minutes. The CSR was very knowledgeable, got all questions answered. So far so good.

    I made payment arrangements due to "Mid-Cycle billing" And set it up to get charged at 10pm last night. Because thats when my check posts. but instead i was on my way to work at 5pm and broke down only to find my phone was disconnected. Thanks automated system that has been griefing me for months. It would probably better to go back to sprint, at least I know when my phone is going to be cut off.

    I've been on hold for 40+ min waiting to active my phone. Haven't been helped through char or through calling. Now i have a phone and no service because you guys wont reply.

    What in the world has happened to Ting? From hero to zero. Hover & Ting have always received glowing reviews from me, but I am very concerned that Ting has abandoned its commitment to excellence. So very, very sad.

    Just tried the chat support, and I was #5 in the queue, which is usually 5-10 minute wait. So, whatever troubles Ting has with support wait time, it's not a problem all the time. Cheers!

    Something is most definitely broken. I seriously doubt it has anything to do with support personnel. If they are anything like every single one I’ve dealt with in the past, they are simply the best. It is alarming to see so many negative comments on here. It’s very sad to see Ting responding with, “we take all customer feedback seriously.” That is one of the most over-used, disingenuous and insulting phrases in today’s corporate lexicon. Ting can do better than that. Ting is loosing credibility.

    is there something going on with phone service today. I seem to be going slow to no connection on my phone. past few days were fine. now I barely have any connection. I'm using a gsm phone.
