To complete your device activation, click the manufacturer of your phone below, and follow the necessary steps. If your phone manufacturer is not on the list, please click "Activation for your Feature/Unlisted Device"

    Activation for your SANYO 4700-SCP:

    • Turn on your phone.

    • Dial ##MSL6Digits

    • Scroll down to SAVE

    • Press OK on SAVE

    • You are in PROGRAMMING MODE and can change the phone number.

    • Press OK on everything else until phone turns off by itself and back on again.

    • Your phone is activated.

    I have a samsung M320. Can you explain how to activate this phone? Following the instructions listed above for samsung devices leads to a message to contact customer service.

    I have the Sanyo Taho. Can I follow the feature phone instructions or do I have to do something else?

    Hi Vincent,

    The Sanyo Taho should active with just the regular feature phone instructions, however I will e-mail all the different activation options just to be on the safe side.

    What about a Sprint ZTE? I don't see anything for that.

    Hi there Matthew,

    the activation steps that you see above are for the phones that are sold by Ting. We can still activate BYOD phones such as the Sprint ZTE using the same steps as the phone's typically use the same basic Android Layout and use the same Sprint Shortcodes.

    Start by entering # # 72786 # and then enter the MSL when requested. The phone reboots and then goes into Hands Free activation and will activate itself on the network.This is all provided that the device is coming to us from Sprint directly and not a reseller.

    Hi out there anyone:  I have two older phones - a Motorola RAZR (V3M) and a Sanyo SPC-3200.    I have tried the procedure Paraic outlined and when I enter ##72786# nothing happens.     HELP

    I requested activation of my BYOD 12 hours ago and haven't gotten my activation email.  Old phone service has been turned off.

    I can see that your port has completed. If you are referring to a different number that has yet to complete please get in touch with the customer support team by clicking here.

    David, I can see that you had assistance from both Marg (though email) and Baula (over the phone) in getting this resolved. I am glad to see that they were able to help you :)

    I am trying to activate a Samsung M270, It shows as the currently assigned device to my account, but no email has been sent, yet.  Also, this is a Virgin Mobile phone, and so the steps for resetting don't seem to be working.

    Hey John,

    Typically we can only activate phones that come to us directly from Sprint. However in an effort to try and get it up and running I'll send alternate instructions to you via the support request you sent in.

    I'm trying to activate my Nexus 5, but there's no option to input my MSL number after the initial input for the carrier swipe.  Please advise

    Hi Michal,

    The Nexus 5 doesn't require an MSL in the activation steps. The directions you need are here.

    i bought a Samsung M300 for my father, got him ported over from VZ but can't get it to work.  i see from others that the activation steps listed don't work, can someone send me the right steps? xxxxx@yahoo.com   thanks!

    Help Help Help. I just ported over from Sprint to you guys using a Galaxy s2 device. It worked great for two days, then I came across an S3. Ive tried to move my number on the S2 to the S3 using the website, now I have 2 dead phones that dont work! Help
