Removing Inactive Mobile Devices from Your Account

Whether you're replacing your phone with a better, faster, stronger model or you left it in a forgotten diner on that last road trip, you may find it handy to be able to remove a device from your account. Now you don't need to worry about getting in touch with us to get that done; you can take care of that right from your account:


  1. Go the Device Settings in your account online
  2. Find the inactive device you want to remove from the account
  3. Click the trash can icon


It's that easy! Just remember, you can't remove active devices from your account, so if you want to remove a device, make sure it's inactive first.
