If you found this article, we're making two assumptions: you are a FreedomPop customer and you heard the news that FreedomPop is migrating all customers using the Sprint CDMA network to Ting Mobile. That's us! We're excited to have you.

We heard you were a techy bunch and it’s really exciting to see you taking a look around our website. It’s like picking a room when you move into a new house, right? 

As it stands, we're aiming to migrate all FreedomPop customers to Ting in the middle of this month. In the meantime, if you have any questions please reach out to FreedomPop. It's a catch 22 - we would love to help you but your account still exists with FreedomPop and we cannot access it until after the migrations happens. Trust that we're just as excited to support you as you are to join our superior cellphone service.

Keep an eye out for an email from FreedomPop/Ting letting you know when everything is about to happen. We're working our magic behind the scenes to make the migration as seamless as possible. The process couldn't be simpler as we designed a really easy self-service portal and it should only take you 2-3 minutes to complete. You just need to have your FreedomPop email address, phone number or IMEI/MEID ready to get started. Should you decide we are not an option for you, we’ll provide you with your porting information so you can take your phone number to a carrier of your choosing.
