Bought two sim cards with $30 credit in each. Activated two lines under same account, only got one credit for one line. I did not see the second credit for the second line.

Bought two sim cards with $30 credit in each. Activated two lines under same account, only got one credit for one line. I did not see the second credit for the second line.

 

Please help

 

Tried to call CS of ting moble. The one who picked up the phone, his name is Rob. He suggested me to not ask Ting for credit but ask for Target or Bestbuy where I bought the sim card from. His answer to my question made me very upset and frustrated. I feel like i am stupid for talking to such a good agent.

  • The credit only applies to one line per account so it will only be applied toward your first line. So sorry for the miscommunication with the agent you spoke with.

  • this does not make sense at all. Say people buy the sim card with $30. Then nowhere says if you activate it under your family account, this credit will not be posted. Do you think this is fair?
