Bought two sim cards with $30 credit in each. Activated two lines under same account, only got one credit for one line. I did not see the second credit for the second line.
Tried to call CS of ting moble. The one who picked up the phone, his name is Rob. He suggested me to not ask Ting for credit but ask for Target or Bestbuy where I bought the sim card from. His answer to my question made me very upset and frustrated. I feel like i am stupid for talking to such a good agent.
