  • Same problem here! Been trying to access customer support since 6:21am. No response to phone, chat, or email. If you call, the support line drops your call after 26 minutes. Would be nice if they notified customers of an issue so we’re all not trying to contact support!

    We're sorry to know about the internet issues! We did have a partial outage in Westminster, MD which has since been resolved. Due to the outage, we did have a higher number of calls/chats which raised the wait time but levels are back to normal now. Feel free to reach out to our support team for any questions or if your internet is not operating as it should be.

  • Still, no calls, no emails, no online chats...just called for the first time this morning to be dropped after 26 minutes. No responses on the online chat this morning either.
