Billing credit via Email

I received a credit but when I received my bill via email the credit was not there. You must log in to your account and view your Billing History to see the credit. Any chance when you receive a credit you can send that via email just like the bill?

  • Hey Doug,

    The bill that's sent to you should reference the credit/remaining amount left over after the bill was paid for it just at the bottom.

    Was that not showing on the email you got?

    This is something that we have discussed implementing on the final bill. As of right now, we are working toward revamping the entire post billing section on Ting which might take some time. This is a helpful suggestion as I will remind our product management team in the next feature request meeting about this so we can see what can be done!
