MMS not being received or sent

 I have worked with the phone reps on 3 occasions and each time I leave with MMS working. Within an hour or two it stops working and I have to reenter though it is saved the TING MMS  Access point. It will then work for a few minutes and then stop.

Do I need to also update the MMS URL on the Samsung Note 4? If so, how do I do this? I am not finding any paths online.
