Today, on Feb 3rd, I see this message on /account page: "Your current bill is $XX.00 and closes on Feb 05 (4 days)..."
Though, there are TWO, not FOUR days remaining. Plus, I remember that my payment period starts 5th each month.
Is this a bug?

It's been like that for awhile and is a little confusing when there's only a couple days left in the billing cycle, here's another question with an answer from Ting:
https://help.ting.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/203809478-When-it-says-Closes-on-Sept-5th-does-that-mean-Sept-5th-counts-in-current-cycle-or-next-
My bill is the same way, the day it says the bill closes is really the first day of your next month.
The counter is, or used to be, set sometime in the evening, so later tonight it should switch and say 3 days remaining.
EDIT - see my update below.
Thanks. Then it's off by 2 days, not 1. Wow!
Slight correction, at least for my account:
The page you screenshotted does list the correct end date now for me, in the past it was the first day of my next bill. The (X days) remaining has an extra day, but I think they include today which makes it correct (although a little confusing).
But on the current usage page it still says the first day of my next bill is when the pay period ends. Check yours to see if says the 5th or 6th.
On the bill history page the date your bill posts is the last day of your bill. Your PDF bill also has the last day of your bill period. I'm guessing yours will say the 4th or 5th.
We are working on fixing this. Just for the record, it won't affect the actual calculation of your usage each billing period - it is only affecting how the usage is displayed on our account temporarily. (Which is why the dates do not make sense). I do apologize for any inconvenience.
