I am trying to activate my phone but when it gets to the confirm what we have so far page, everything is there except the Device/sim information. I have gone back several times and re entered the info but it still wont populate, It "WONT" Let me continue.

  • Thanks for the reply. Yeah I finally got the one working. The only concern I have now is the signal.

    I just signed up with 3 lines coming from Ring Plus, We Always had LTE here in our house. but now its either Nothing or 1x. and just keeps telling me I have no Data connection every time I try to do something.

    I thought Ting used Sprint the same as Ring Plus? Also I can see the Cell tower from my house about 100 yards away.

    Any Thoughts?

  • Hey Sharlene.

    We do use the Sprint network as well as Ring Plus so you should be receiving LTE all the same. One thing I suggest trying to do is enter in *#*#72786#*#* into the dialing pad of your device. It should reset the phone and go through a hands-free activation. Once complete, you should be showing LTE on your phone.

  • Yeah I had tried that with no luck, BUT I did find something that seems to have worked.

    changed the preferred network to 1x - 3g,  and then back. and now it is showing LTE. I will try it with the other phones and see what happens.
