We got our data suspended for going over the maximum data. I went into my account and increased this amount/ But I need to know how long it will be before our devices are reactivated?

  • Hey Liam, 

    If an alert has been triggered, increasing the amounts won't re-enable it. All you have to do is go to ting.com > your account > Device Settings > click on your phone > Scroll to Megabytes and click on the blue pen icon to enable them.
