Upload speed much higher than download speed

I've been noticing lately that my upload data speed hits about 26M constantly while my download gets about 2-3M. Is this a common issue?

    Is this on your mobile device or when using Ting Fiber internet ?

    It is not uncommon for the download and upload speed to not be symmetric. Neither of our partner carriers guarantee any particular minimum speeds.
