credit card number stolen through ting account

Has this happened to anyone else I sent Ting about 6 urgent messages about my credit card being used through the Ting account to order a new phone and send it to an address in MN. Ting sent me an email saying my new phone would arrive at a MN address (!), I don't live anywhere close to MN and I did not order a new phone!   So my credit card number was stolen via Ting.  I had to cancel the credit card.  No response from Ting to make this right. Customer Service has gone down since I joined Ting and I am considering switching to another company. Any recommendations?
