Been using you guys forever but....

.....Irritation sets in when the last day of the billing period comes around (actually this time, the last few hours of the billing period) my rate jumps a bracket @!#? A bracket that I obviously won't get to use.

I heard Freedom Pop is finally getting their act together, so considering their rollover feature and limited time 98 cent activation fee, I think I'll move one of my phones over there, to try them out. I'll let you know what happens.

  • Hey Patrick, I can totally understand how it would be frustrating to have to pay for the next usage bracket when you haven't used the full amount of minutes, texts, or data. In cases like this, I usually recommended that users set up a usage alert well before the next bracket in order to keep track of their usage. I hope that helps!
