Improvement Suggestion for the Ting App

I had a customer suggest that we add a "Contact Helpdesk" option to the Ting app. The idea being that it could link to a form which lists some of the common things people call about (devices and/or features not working for example), or sends a pre-composed SMS or email (same idea as the form: "My data isn't working" or "Can't send MMS"), or even just dials the Support line.

It's an interesting idea which has a lot of potential merit, I think, but I realize that implementing it would be a *lot* of work.

  • Sort of like when an App crashes or becomes non-responsive and I get asked if I want to provide feedback and it automatically includes key log information that may help troubleshoot the issue.
