Very disappointed for the last 3 weeks... very

I've been a happy Ting customer since March 2017, I saved a lot of money on my service since then BUT for the past 3/4 weeks the service has been HORRIBLE, I'm 99% of the time on 3G and the quality of calls is really bad when driving around. Can you guys tell me what's going on? I like to save money on my service but not at this cost, I'm seriously considering on switching back to my previous carrier.

     We would be able to look into what is going on. We could do a tower check for the area to see if there was a downgrade in any of the towers or if there is some sort of repair situation going that is causing the low-quality service. You would need to contact us through our customer support so that we could do this though. We can be reached by phone or we can do it through our online chat and we are open from 8 am ET to 1 am ET weekdays and from 8 am to 11 pm ET on the weekends.

     Once we find out what the situation is with the towers we'll be able to know if Ting is still a good fit. As good as it is to save money, we want to have a service that works for you first.

  • That's not TING.  That's Sprint.  Ting is just an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator).  They have no governance over the hardware, cell towers, etc.
