When looking at my account on the website, specifically how much data my various devices have used this month (e.g. at https://ting.com/iaccount/current_megabytes), it shows a list of how much data each device used each day. It's possible to filter by a single device, but there's still sometimes multiple entries per device per day; my wife's phone, for example, has 3 entries for data used on Feb 01 (1.18, 629.80, 25.64). What would really be nice is a chart that showed vertical bars for total by day, and even could do stacked bars to show multiple devices on the same day. Or, at the very least, the ability to CSV export the data so that I could process it myself; currently I have to literally copy and paste (and deal with weird formatting), which is not helpful at all.

A chart or graph of some kind is a really great suggestion, which actually may help to make more sense of the usage. I'll be sure to pass this idea along for you. Regarding CSV, if you go to ting.com, Your Account > Billing History > tap on the Monthly Bill > you'll see a blue arrow logo, to the left of the Category and Details sections, where you can download the CSV. Hope this helps!

This CSV download is no longer there and I can't view any usage info for previous months, which would be very useful for me

One of the main reasons CSV files no longer show up is because our web interface changed around a bit when we introduced our new data plans. That being said, we do hear you and this is something that will be brought back. I do understand that you’d prefer to see which line is using more data, and for that, I’d recommend checking out your account while the billing period is still open. This way you’ll be able to click on My Account > Plan Overview > “Data” in blue > and you’ll see a breakdown of the usage, date stamps, and the phone numbers that used the data in question.
I'm very glad to hear it will be brought back, as sometimes I miss the window for just before account closing to check the usage that will appear on the bill but I still need to know which used how much.
Phones may track data usage. On my android I go to Settings, Network & Internet, Mobile Network, App Data usage (and set the beginning date of the month cycle). I can view previous months here. I too would like to know Tings calculation per device in past months.
