I know MVNO's usually get lower network priority then the provider post paid and that results in difficulty in getting service at large events and during large area wide public safety emergencies when everyone is trying to use phones at the same time.  On the Verizon side of Ting is the service lower priority?

  • The difficulty in service during large events and public safety emergencies has more to do with the number of people on the tower than it does the LTE QCI value ascribed to the SIM card by the network.

A vast majority of the time, you will notice no difference in everyday use of your V1 SIM card versus a regular postpaid customer of the network. All MVNOs share the same LTE QCI.
