I have a phone but cannot get extra fast data after the 5GB for the week runs out.
I asked customer service but they said this:
Since the data is still working on the line where data is greyed out, you will not need to top up because it will continue working. That is because that line is on the Verizon network and data top ups are not available there.
I cannot believe that the whole thing about topups is on the pricing page.
I must have missed that part of the sign up.
