Out of service - still!!

It's been far too long for a communications company - what is really going on?  Is Ting still a viable company?  They charged me for an order, but nothing has arrived, my bill was through the roof, with a huge amount of Megabytes used (my phone isn't working properly and data is off, so explain that one!)

Are we being taken for a ride?  Come on Ting - some explanations please. You are going to lose not just me as a customer if you don't start explaining.

    They should be open with their customers about the issue because many have either moved on or are planning to and being transparent MAY sway the customer loss.   

    DISH Network suffered a security breach (ransomware) with all their communications since Feb 23rd.   DISH owns Ting, so that's why I assume their communication systems are down, even though I thought they would be separate from DISH?

    The last post on Facebook was May 2022!  I am not on Instagram or Twitter.  So how can I post on fb?

     

    and are you able to access your email?  Will you reply to us?  I sent you an email and never got a reply.

     

    I am thinking about going  to another company.  Thus us getting ridiculous.  Dish is back up..why aren’t you?  How will I get customer service if needed?

    This has been an issue for days. I was overcharged on my bill by double the amount. I changed plans and got new Sim cards but they billed me on my old plan. I tried emailing but to no avail. This is not acceptable. I'm starting to shop for a new carrier. Ting had one of the best customer services in the business but now it is one of the worst.
