Of all the times for my husband to decide to switch our mobile carrier! We're stuck between Comcast/Xfinity and Ting; we've supplied Comcast/Xfinity with our port-out PINS, but they've had no response from Ting.
I've read your message about customer service and understand that this must be a tough couple of weeks for your employees. But we're stuck between two mobile carriers now. Any chance we can complete this port-out request, please?
