Can’t access account to pay my bill

I am overdue on my payment but the two-factor authentication sends me to the app for a code to log into my account. BUT the app doesn’t exist anymore! There is no customer service rep responding to emails or phone calls. I have been trying for over a week. I just want to be able to get into my account and pay my bill! This is really ridiculous. I’m ready to leave Ting.
