why are you still biking me after I cancelled 4 months ago?
I've cancelled, called gotten a refund and you're still billing me! WTF is wrong with you?!

    We are a post-paid service, you'll always receive a final bill a month after your account is officially cancelled. We'd recommend reaching out to our chat support if you'd like someone to double-check your account is closed.

  • They doing respond, support closed, sales not answering. I cancelled, you're inappropriately billing. I'm disputing and AMEX has blocked you as a merchant. It looks like your business is crumbling and you're running off with the money.
