Absolute Support Failure - Help Request marked as Resolved with no action taken

I'm unable to edit the ICCID number in my Account - Devices I couldn't get anyone from Support to answer the support line or chat so I entered a request for Help Center to edit the ICCID number for one of my Devices in my online Ting account.  The ICCDID number showing in the phone and in my Ting account do not match the new X3 SIM I Purchased from Ting. 

This has been going on since early March.  Original Request #6414310 (closed solved when nothing was done!)  Follow-up Request #6427358 is now a week old with no action taken.  My contact info is in the requests.
