I ordered a phone from you guys 2 weeks ago, and never received the phone, or even a tracking link?

What happened, where is my phone?

     Thanks for reaching out. For the status of your purchase, you'll need to reach out to one of our live agents by online chat so that they can investigate what is going on. 

     There has been an internal systems issue that has affected our customer support lines but if you reach out by chat a representative will be able to lend a hand and look into this.
