Rep hung up on me

I had 1 month of poor to no service due to a T-Mobile tower issue. On my 8th call, while asking for a credit, I was hung up on by a rep at the out of country call center. Never had an issue with the company before they sold out. Moved service to a t &t today. Guess what, I have service now.

    4 lines moved off of Ting. They don't care anyways.
