How about selling some matching accessories for the phones you sell?

Chargers, cases, cover plates (or whatever they are called), etc, etc. But make sure they work with the devices first.

  • I'd be interested in hearing if other people are a) buying accessories for their Ting phones and b) if they'd like us to provide links to buy accessories online.

We won't be selling accessories ourselves. We want to focus on the service itself.

  • I would probably like some accessory options.  Perhaps linking to Amazon and doing their referral kickback.  I am a klutz and serial phone dropper, so I always get a rubberized case for my phones, and I figure it'd be a worthwhile tie-in.  I just ordered a Galaxy SIII so a-case-shopping I shall go.

  • We're looking at a few options here and may at some point offer accessories.

Zendesk doesn't allow us to put an item as "Under Consideration" so I'll mark this as planned, although it may take some time before we get to this.

    Thanks for the feedback!

  • I used amazon to buy case and screen protector for my LG Optimus S and now LG Marquee. I recently buy extra chargers that I can use at work, car and in the computer.  They are really cheap and good quality.  I think the case was about $2 a piece and the charger combo (wall, car, extra USB) was less than $5.  The screen protectors were about $1 for 3pcs.

Just make sure you read the customer reviews so that you know what you are getting.

  • I did indeed buy accessories for my Ting phone (Galaxy SII), Ken.  I have purchased an OtterBox for it, along with the Square debit checkout system for my knife-sharpening business.

I'd certainly like to see links to some common accessories, particularly cases, screen protectors, etc.

  • I'm also in the "I'd like to see some accessories" boat.  I, being somewhat of a klutz, typically put a case on my phone, and then wear it on a belt clip holster.  (I've used Seidio cases on various phones for about 6 years), and I also typically buy a screen protector too.  (I've used Zagg for my past 2 phones, but am considering Armorsuit this time around).  It would be nice to be ordering accessories from a company I know and trust (ex: Ting).

I've looked on Amazon, and they have some cases for the Photon Q, but a lot of what comes up isn't sold by Amazon themselves, instead it's sold by random Amazon Marketplace sellers that just add the words "Photon Q" into the description, even if it's not actually a product for that phone.  (I saw one site advertising batteries ... the Photon Q doesn't even have a user accessible battery).  It would be nice to know that what I'm buying will actually fit the phone I have.
