I am a little lost...
The only way I have figured out to get to the dash board :
- On the main screen, click on "Sign-in to Your Account
- Sign in again...enter my email and password
I have to do this, even though I am already signed in (the "Your Account" items work on the main screen)
I am guessing it works this way, because you can have an account without any phones, at least between the time you order your first phone and activate it.
Notes:
- Windows 7,
- Chrome 19.0.1084.46
- my phone arrived yesterday and it is activated. I have 2 more phones that have been ordered, but have not been activate yet
(Is there a easier way?)

You've stumped me... I'm not sure what you're asking. Can you rephrase? Maybe give me the URL of the page you want to get to?
My Bad...
On the right side of the main page, there is a "Your Account" menu. If you click on the down arrow, a menu pops up with "Billing History", "Edit Account Info",...
I didn't see a option for "Dashboard", but all the other menu options work.
I played around a bit and discovered that the drop down menu title "Your Account" is in fact a link, and that it takes you to the "Dashboard".
I was just using the menu drop down incorrectly...
so...maybe we should close this request...

We've seen other people with the same usability issue you stumbled on and we'll be putting in a change to that drop down to make the dashboard a more distinct option.

In the meantime, how about putting the link in this help topic so we can find it!
Mark, just click on the "A" in "Your Account" on the Menu Bar at the Top.
The Menu bar has "Ting", "Why Ting", "Devices",... with "Your Account" on the far right.
That will bring up the dashboard if you are logged in. If you are not logged into your account on Ting, you will see "Log In" as the last item.
