I would like to be able to view detailed usage for each line. Incoming calls, outgoing calls, missed calls, also incoming and outgoing text messages.

You can do this in the new Control Panel that is now available in Preview.
From the Dashboard, click "View Details" on whichever type of usage you're interested in. Then click on each device to see details of their activity.
Eventually we'll be adding an option to download your data so you can slice and dice it any way you'd like.
Would this detail view include web history?
Ting only details the amount of data used on each device. Data is much more than web browsing.The data details include the date, device, and amount of data for each time a connection uses data.
