Currently the Alerts section of the Dashboard allows limits to be set on each line on your account. When setting a limit on a line for Minutes you are given 3 options in regards to Disabling, you can disable Device-Messaging-Data. I recently had one of my lines hit their Minute mark on a Alert I had set and I presumed disabling the "Device" would still leave that line capable of sending text messages since the text limit alert I set hadn't been reached. That was an improper assumption on my part as the phone was completely disabled having chosen the "Device" opinion.
This request is for Ting to add a "disable Calls" option to the Alerts feature so a line that reaches their Minutes allotment can still be able to use messaging.
