It might be useful on the initial home page of the forums to state that personal or account-specific issues should be handled by calling or emailing Ting.
In the forum main page, you could make your email address on the right a mailto: link.

Hey, we all want Ting to succeed. I figured I either make your job easier or more frustrating.
One more question. The current forum does not allow line breaks when posting from an iPad. I motice that Zendesk now has a new version that supports mobile devices. See http://www.zendesk.com/product/mobile Is Ting moving to the new version? A mobile device service provider whose help site does not support mobile devices is not too impressive.

It's almost a year later, and I still can't post line breaks using an iPad. Did this Zendesk upgrade ever happen?
