Revamp the rate chart and include it in dashboard

I misunderstood the rate chart before signing up. For example, I assumed the $3 charge started when reaching 100 minutes, and so on and so on. The dashboard is demonstrating how wrong I was.

I suggest redesigning the chart to show "price ranges" instead of "price points", so simpletons like me can be clear on it. See attachment for an example chart, that I now use. I also suggest putting a copy of the rate chart on the dashboard page for easier planning.

You're probably wondering how I believed I would receive 100 free minutes, messages, and megabytes with my first understanding of the chart. I just assumed it was included with the $6 device fee.
