new tier in between L and xL phone minutes..

Hi,

I love the service and the prices are great,

 The only  issue I have is with the minutes tiers. I'm hitting about 1200 min a month which exceeds the LG tier by 200 min and puts me in the xL tier. what sucks is I'm paying for about 900 min i don't use...in the future could there maybe be a 25$ 500-1500 min tier....I'm still saving a lot using ting.... it just kinda dosen't feel right paying for 900 min I'm not gonna use....

I've been a customer for about 3 months now and in that time I have seen some cool changes you guys have made...I can tell you guys are trying to be as fair as possible and that's nice to see.

  • Hi Sol, thanks for writing.  I passed your suggestion along, but we currently have no plans to change our usage tiers in the near future.  You can find some more information about that by watching this video.
