Update Suggestions for Help Sector UI

Hey Team a customer has some great suggestions for our Help site to add some clarity to it.

"I certainly found ample amounts of "Help" data, I realized that everytime I selected a "Category" or "Section" the posts were offered either "Oldest First," or no order at all. Hmm. That's odd. I poked around seeking a way to change the order to "Newest First" or "Most Recent" first.

Could someone either change the View setting on posts, or add a quick UI selector allowing users to control posts"

  • I know Ting is somewhat constrained by the options presented to them by ZenDesk. Ting chose this software to integrate with their ticketing system.
