Add more information to "Account activity" page

It would be beneficial to add more information to the "Account activity" page. This would allow customers to track account changes, therefore improving overall experience. That page could list:

  • Date when account was first set up
  • Account state changes (active, inactive, dormant, cancelled)
  • Addition or removal of devices
  • Activation, suspension or deactivation of numbers
  • Creation, modification or deletion of alerts
  • Orders placed, including shipping/tracking information
  • Account changes such as name, email address, contact phone number or billing information update
