I'd love it if we could pay with paypal. My non-profit animal shelter uses Ting for our phone, and we'd love to be able to pay with paypal as we don't have a credit card. Thank you for considering.
It's true that you can get a paypal debit card and use that, but I don't think increasing the options for payment for ting is would hurt at all... Like, people on r/ting talk about having bitcoin as an option for payment which I think could be kinda cool.
Increasing the options for payment increases Ting's business overhead and therefore our rates. They already have 2 forms of payment (credit card & Amazon Payments).
Not everybody uses or trusts a non-bank system for payment. Ting now has two good financing options.
Adding another financial option adds complexity and expense. They would need to be able to justify it to grow their business. There are likely not many people without credit cards and who cannot use Amazon payments who would join using PayPal. The financial payback is likely not there.
Not everyone trusts the banks either and still keep their money in a coffee can, but I see no reason to prevent the rest of us from using those as payment sources too.
Joking aside, I'd like to be able to use PayPal as my preferred option. Just putting my wishes out there.

I agree— they should take PayPal. It's time to join the 21st century...

There should have been an official Ting answer in this thread by now.
