Additional notification that not all devices on Shop page can be BYOD

I had a customer mention that he assumed that if we sold a device he could purchase it elsewhere and use with us as well. He subsequently purchased a phone that was on the Shop page but is not BYODable

  • Based on several conversations with customers that also purchased Sprint devices they saw on our shop assuming they could all be BYOD'd, I believe that adding a small notification banner at the top of that page would clarify that not all devices from our shop can be converted from Sprint.

  • You may want to mention "at least a year" timeframe to avoid some future questions too. Would it make sense to put sentative BYOD dates on the individual device pages?
