Ting Windows Phone 8 owners, clearly, are not receiving any periodic or major updates to their phones, while Sprint customers are. Whether this is a technical or service partner issue, it needs to be addressed and explained to Ting's WP8 customers, because none of us bought smart phones so that we could never update them.
