Frequency of Usage Updates

How often does the "Your Account" information update? I got a warning that my usage for Megabytes exceeded a threshold but when I look on the Account Portal it doesn't yet reflect the same amount of usage.

  • Curiously, the colors assigned to our two phones (underneath each phone on right sidebar) show as the opposite colors on the actual usage graphs. Not sure if this is a common bug or we just got lucky somehow :)

  • Are there delays in updating megabytes?  I get current values for minutes and texts, but megabytes still shows 0 a day after I downloaded 150MB.

  • There shouldn't be much of a delay David, though it certainly is possible. Not to mention that if you're 100% certain that you've used network data, that's indicating some kind of reporting delay.

    If this goes on for more than a couple of days, please send us an email and we'll find out just what's going on for you.

  • I am experiencing a similar delay in megabytes updating. We just signed up and several days later we are still showing 0 megabytes used. I'm not sure exactly how much we've used but it's more than 0.

  • Hi Justin,

    We had a few other customers mention this and, after looking into it, we did learn that a previous interruption related to some of our data logging servers caused a backlog of usage reporting details for our customers. We're working to better estimate the impact, but we believe things should be sync'd up again soon.

  • The first data usage showed up on my new phone on 9/20.  It was dated 9/13.  FYI.
