How do I update the PRL on my Ting phone?

I don't expect the PRL to update often, but I like to periodically check for an update.  How do I do this from my Ting phone (HTC Detail in my specific case)?

    I know on most phones you go into settings and then About Phone. Each phone I have is a little different but both in that section somewhere.

    Hi Chris, 

    It's a bit different for each phone, but if you search for " initiate a profile update" in help, you'll find instructions on doing this for each of our Android handsets.
