Like the question states- I receive a message but I can't download it. Any ideas?

Rob, Can you send me instructions regarding this as well? My Optimus S cannot receive picture messages, I receive "Message Expired or Not Available".
I believe Lisa just sent you a quick email with the instructions.
I just ran across this thread trying to solve why my ting phone can't receive mms messages. I get the message then it says it's expired and unable to download.
When sending a photo it seems like it goes out ok but the person never receives it.
Would I be experiencing the same issue? Can I get a copy of how to resolve it.

To anybody else, the reason we can't post the fix here for everyone is because you need to know your individual phone's MSL code to complete it. I'd suggest giving us a call or sending us a quick email if it's outside our phone hours so we can help you as quickly as possible with this if you have the same issue.

The direction to fix the MMS on your phone are below:
The MSL is found on your Device Setting's page of your account. It is on the left of the page under the image of the phone.

Hey Diane, You can try a carrier reset and see if that works. Check your email as I'll reach out to you in a support request as this may be something we'll need to troubleshoot further with you.

Hi Russell. The Picture Messaging feature wasn't enabled on your Ting account. I've taken the liberty of activating that feature for you. You can open a support request with us if you continue to have problems.
I am having the same exact issue, I have had it happen to me before, but I was able to troubleshoot it over the phone.. I had another line at that time. This time, I do not have that luxury.. can you please send me the link to fix my issue.... Thank you!!
