  • All I got was an email saying my phone shipped.  It included a number needed in order to active the phone, but all it said was to expect delivery within 5 business days.  It didn't say anything about how it was shipped or provide any kind of a tracking number.  I just emailed to ask for that, but you might want to take steps to ensure that this happens for all shipments, because it seems like it's not.

  • You are supposed to be sent a tracking number from FedEx when they ship, but it looks like your tracking email may not have got sent for some reason. I believe Kyra has sent it to you via email today though.

  • I placed an order on Saturday paying through Amazon, but haven't gotten any email from FedEx or Ting as a confirmation, my order isn't even shown on my account page. How do I know if it's even registered?

    I jumped into your account, and according to the tracking information I have, you should expect your SIM to arrive some time before 8pm local time today.

    You should have received an email with the tracking information inside. On the off-chance you didn't receive the email, we can always check the status instantly by phone at 855-TING-FTW. Just give the person who answers your Ting email address, confirm your account with an account PIN, and we'll track it down for you.

  • I placed my order yesterday and haven't received any more info as to when it will ship ...I checked my spam and junk mails also .

     There will be a confirmation email sent to you once our warehouse team has packed and shipped out the product. The warehouse is closed on the weekends so you're package wouldn't be packed until Monday at the earliest but once it is we'll have a way to follow it.
