  • It should be as simple as clicking the Like button on the Referrals page in your Ting Dashboard (make sure you're logged into Facebook in your current browser already). If I'm misunderstanding your question though, or if the Like button isn't working for you, please let me know.

  • I am experiencing the same issue.  I click the "Like" button on the Referral Page and it turns the 0 to a 1 by the "Thumbs Up" logo, greys-out the "Liked" button, and flashes a pop-up to confirm sharing on Facebook for a split-second, and then it turns the 1 back to 0 and the "Like" button back to blue...all with in a split second without allowing me to click the "Post to Facebook" button to do so...and I am logged into Facebook in my browser as I can also see my profile pic in the pop-up for the split-second that it flashes.  Help us, because we surely would like to spread the word and help you! :-)

  • Interesting. It seems to be working for me on my Mac using the latest version of Firefox, so I'd be curious what browser (and version) you're using, as well as what Operating System? I'd also be curious if you could take a quick look at your personal Facebook page to see if it actually did post there, even though the Referrals page says otherwise.

  • Firefox 18 on Windows 7 on my work PC, Firefox 18 on Windows 7 running on Bootcamp on my home Macbook Pro...does the same on both, verified that there is no post on my Facebook profile.

  • Any resolution to this? I'm experiencing the same problem on Windows 7 with both Chrome and IE. The popup window for posting to facebook flashes briefly and disappears.

  • This is still being investigated, but I'm checking into whether there are any updates.

  • Any progress on this issue...still the same problem and I even recently reinstalled Windows 7 and IE, Firefox, & Chrome and am still experiencing the same issue.  My step-sister recently signed up after I verbally referred her, but would have utilized my referral link had I been able to post one, so we both missed out on your recent double referral deal.  I am eager to virally refer you as a happy customer with 5 devices on my account, but would like to get the credit for doing so as well!

  • Er, I get that the facebook option is useful and should be made to work, but there are 3 other sharing methods and the plaintext URL itself...

  • last line went missing from previous post:

Are these other people mysterious entities that exist only on facebook and nowhere else? ;)

  • Sorry for the delay. We're still looking into this.

In the meantime, yes, you should still be able to manually copy and paste your URL to Facebook.
