  • Same issue, "error 16, switch 392" Ting, since this seems to be a not infrequent problem, can you post a general solution somewhere? I have submit a support request. Thanks!

  • Hi Robert. Error 16 means that your device's registration information can't be validated by the network, so your phone can't connect. There are several possible causes for that error, so it's hard to give a generic response. Basically, we'll need to go through a series of troubleshooting steps depending on each device and how that error message started to ensure the network recognizes your phone again. The best way to do it is through individual support requests on a case by case basis.  I located the one you submitted and will start working with you through that.   • I just bought an iPhone 5 that stuff at the updating iOS eight screen I took it to Sprint and they cannot get it to update it gets three fourths of the way done and doesn't go past I need help because I just bought this phone and I really want to keep it

  • Hi Kristina - Did you do a back-up on your phone before the update started? You should try restoring your phone from iTunes, to see if that breaks the update cycle. If that doesn't help, please open up a Help Request with us to we can see if there's any other way we can assist!
