May I Please know my account number, and PIN? As I'm transitioning from Ting to Sprint.
No problem, I see you have sent in a help request for this information so I will be following up with you there.
For future reference to other potential readers, your account # is located at the top of each monthly bill and the password/PIN is the MSL number for the specific phone line (located in the Device Settings tab -> select phone number -> MSL is located at the left side of the page).
For future reference, how is the PIN determined if you have multiple phones on your account?
I believe the first phone I activated is no longer on the account.
Each device has an MSL that is tied to a device in your Ting account. Each device will have a phone number on it. For example:
If you wanted to port out 555-1234, your PIN number would be 987654 for the request
If you wanted to port out 555-4321, your PIN number would be 456123.
The account number remains the same.
@Brennan,in my case, using your example, the Samsung Note II is no longer on my Ting account, It is on another account. Perhaps the PIN should be available from the Ting dashboard.
The PIN is actually available from the dashboard - it's the MSL of the phone that holds the number you want to port out. Available from the Device Settings tab. It's not exactly spelled out so that is something definitely worth consideration.

BTW, I am not considering leaving yet. Ijust wanted to get the question addressed for others. As Ting stays around longer, the scenarios get more varied.
I know what happened. You must have edited your MSL posting. The email notification I got listed the same MSL for porting the numbers.

How do I find my account number and pin?
If you go to your Account Settings on your Ting account and scroll to the bottom of the page you will see "Port Out Information." You will find the account and pin number there.

I did exactly what is told here to find account number and PIN but no luck. Nothing shows up.
I do see you've already reached out to Evelyn on this. If you reply to her email, she should be able to get you that account number and PIN.
